The WHYz DUDEz were created to help enhance creativity, innovation and improve meetings or team sessions...where ever they happen.

Lee Kitchen
Founding Member- WHYz DUDEz

Lee Kitchen is a Workshop Leader, Keynote Speaker, inspired Innovation Catalyst and founder of his own firm - Magical Dude.. He has 30+ years of driving creativity at Disney, leading on and off property magical experiences.  

​Lee brings a wealth of experience as a Certified Master Facilitator and long term innovation agent. During his 32 years at The Walt Disney Company, he helped create some of their most impactful marketing campaigns, memorable guest experiences and real-time operational efficiency changes. Lee now offers his magic and wisdom in a mix of training, interactive training, facilitated idea sessions and keynotes around the world.  

​Along with his 5-Star creative skills,  he is Culture-Change Agent, Design Thinking Trainer, Avengers and Stars Wars obsessed fan-boy and a walking pop culture encyclopedia

Mark Dodsworth
Founding Member - WHYz DUDEz

Mark Dodsworth is an internation speaker, co-founder of RedZebra Global and Red Zevra Yuuth Empowerment Foundation, a Social Enterprise that has offices in the UK, USA Spain and South Africa.  As the International Director for Actitude Creativa Mark manages global expansion for the Creativity Certification Program. 

Having presented globally at numerous conferences, Mark brings a wealth of experience to his creative facilitation. Mark uses a dynamic toolkit of rhythm, music and creativity to actively engage and empower people in communities and organizations.  An experienced Creative Director, Facilitator, and Master Trainer, Mark has designed and delivered hundreds of experiences around the world that focus on Creative Leadership and Innovation.  

Wayne Childers
​​Founding Member - WHYz DUDEz

Wayne is the Chief Conversation Officer for Ah Ha!, leading client development and outreach efforts.  He is also a Facilitator of Organizational Learning, certified in CPS, an Innovation Catalyst, Researcher, husband to Susannah, father of two awesome daughters, foodie, wicked good cook plus an aspiring wine geek.  

​Wayne has a BS in Marketing from Florida State University and has over 30 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, retail and creativity. Prior to joining Ah Ha! in 2001, he spent 14 years at Procter & Gamble where his roles spanned Global Project Design, North American Sales Management and Innovative New Product Development. Since joining   
​Ah Ha!, his worked has spanned Consumer  Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Financial Services and Technology.
